Summer is coming

Now we have passed the first May bank holiday we are on the dizzy rise into the “summer season”, it’s a really good time of year as the world around is coming to life. More importantly coasteering comes back to life as the sea warms up, something all the staff are looking forward to. Excitement is definitely brewing as we find new jumps and explore new coves and inlets during the staff training sessions.

The number of bookings for canyoning has also shot up and from the picture you can see is proving a great hit as ever!

With the progression into the summer we always find we need new kit to keep our stores well stocked. Just recently sees the introduction of more of the hugely popular Vander jacket we issue to groups. We have these specially made with our customers in mind. The main features are the large hood which fits over the climbing and abseiling helmets and the pockets that are high enough to be of use when using a climbing hareness.

Thankfully we have also been lucky enough to need more staff vehicles to send out to meet our clients. This year sees the addition of another VW Transporter to our fleet, the white one in the picture.
